The construction site in question is an old aluminum factory transformed into a South Tyrolean hub called NOI (Nature Of Innovation) in which over 70 innovative companies and start-ups, 4 research institutes and 3 university faculties reside.

The ventilation system created was chosen by the Works Management as the “visible” type, thus taking up the existing industrial concept, mixed with designer furnishings.
